For this reason, functionality and design go hand in hand, and the application of proper and advanced technical principles in design and construction leads to improved hospital efficiency and quality, increased service life, and reduced costs during both construction and operation.
These advanced construction methods include all related disciplines such as architecture, structural engineering, electrical and mechanical systems, and more. Through industrialization and prefabrication of hospitals, it is possible to design, construct, and precisely control all these components to build hospitals with the highest quality and efficiency.
In recent decades, in most industrialized and developed countries, hospital construction has followed the same industrialization trend as other building sectors and has continued to progress successfully. In recent years, this trend has also shown remarkable and significant results in many Asian countries and the Gulf region.

The ultimate goal is to improve resource efficiency and enhance service delivery to patients.
